COCKTAIL RECIPES: With Homemade Cherry Liqueur

Homemade cherry liqueur are perfect for making cocktails as the flavor may be comparable with commercial liqueurs. Please ensure that your liqueur has obtained a good flavor before using it for cocktails. If necessary you may add more sugar or store it for a longer time to optimize its taste. We have selected some cocktails with cerry liqueurs. The glass type for each cocktail is also shown. Singapore Sling

2 oz(6 cl)Gin
1 oz(3 cl)Cherry liqueur
1 oz(3 cl)Lemon juice
3 tsPowdered sugar
4 oz(12 cl)Soda
Shake gin, lemon juice, cherry brandy, superfine sugar in a shaker with ice and strain into a collins glass over ice cubes. Add the club soda and stir. Spiegelau Highball, 11 oz

Red Gin

2 oz(6 cl)Gin
1/2 oz(1 1/2 cl)Cherry liqueur
Shake with ice and strain into a cocktail glass. Spiegelau Martini, 7 1/2 oz

Vodka Splash

2 oz(6 cl)Canadian Whisky
1 oz(3 cl)Cherry liqueur
1 oz(3 cl)Lemon juice
1 oz(3 cl)Orange juice
Shake with ice, strain into an old-fashioned glass with ice. Anchor Hocking Old Fashioned, 11 oz

Black Hawk

2 oz(6 cl)Whiskey
2 oz(6 cl)Cherry liqueur
Shake with ice and strain into a cocktail glass. Spiegelau Martini, 7 1/2 oz
